Hi, I'm Shayonna Janae Phillips, Founder of SJP Consulting Me LLC
Welcome to SJP Consulting! I'm Shayonna Janae. I specialize in business structure, brand positioning, and operational systems that help entrepreneurs launch, grow, and scale with clarity.

Admin, structure and organization have always been in my DNA...both a passion and a natural gift of mine. Even as a child, I loved organizing papers, playing “office,” and creating systems for everything around me. When my parents noticed, they bought me my first typewriter, the old-school one with correction tape, and that’s where it all started.

As I grew, my skills naturally expanded into computers and technology. In high school, my mom insisted I take a computer class I didn’t want to attend at the time…but she told me computers would be the future and she was right. That class shaped my path and helped mold me into the organized, tech-savvy professional I am today.
I didn’t learn administration from a textbook...I learned it through real experience, mentorship, and years of hands-on work. It’s something I truly believe God gifted me with, and I’ve spent my life refining it.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve provided executive-level support across many industries including legal, logistics, collections, real estate CRM management, website design, fitness and wellness, nightlife operations, education, and medical diagnostics.

Through founding SJP Consulting Me, LLC, I now partner with business owners to handle ongoing administrative tasks, streamline operations, and create structure behind the scenes — so you can focus on growth. Whether you’re starting from scratch, expanding, or reorganizing your business, I transform moving into structured, scalable systems.

My corporate experience exposed me to a wide range of responsibilities — from research projects, document preparation, contracts, and spreadsheets to presentations, marketing materials, and even e-commerce setup. Those years taught me how to adapt quickly and confidently support businesses in whatever area they need most.

On a personal note, I’m originally from Northern California. I’ve also lived in Florida and now call the Las Vegas area home. I’m a proud boy mom who enjoys, traveling, enjoying the beach, staying active, making TikToks, skating, playing music (way too loud,) and spending time with family and friends. I believe your business should create freedom, not overwhelm...and thats the balance I help my clients achieve.
